*By booking David Mann/“Piano Mann Music” and making gig payments on this page, the client agrees to the following terms:
Private Events:
Payment/Cancel Policy: 50% deposit of half the rate (or full payment) secures your date; Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be applied to a future date if it is rescheduled within a year of the event. Full payment is still due if client cancels on the day of the event, regardless of weather or attendance or whether performers perform or not.
Dueling Pianos: Due to subcontracting performers in advance, if a client cancels a Dueling Pianos show within 30 days of the event, 50% payment is due. Full payment is due if client cancels on day of the event, regardless of whether or attendance or whether performers perform or not.
Weddings: 50% deposit of half the rate (or full payment) secures your wedding date. Full payment is due at least one week before the wedding date. Due to preparations required, if the wedding date changes or is cancelled with at least 30 days notice, 50% of the deposit can be applied towards a new wedding date, adding the difference to the balance. If the date changes or is cancelled within 30 days of the wedding date or on the wedding day, full payment is due (deposits cannot be applied towards a future date).
Public Venues:
Payment/Cancel Policy: 50% payment is still due if client cancels the event on the gig date, regardless of weather or attendance. After the first performance, more than one date must be booked in advance to avoid being considered an event requiring a deposit.
Dueling Pianos: Due to subcontracting performers in advance, 50% payment is still required client cancels a “Dueling Pianos” show within 30 days of the gig date. Full payment is due if client cancels on day of the event, regardless of weather or attendance or whether performers perform or not.
